- The Company does not operate, control, or influence any government authority, approval process, verification mechanism, external portal, or issuance system.
- Services offered by the Company are consultancy and assistance-based in nature and are rendered through operational effort, coordination, communication handling, documentation support, and professional assistance activities.
- The Company does not guarantee:
- Approval
- Registration
- Certification
- Issuance
- Eligibility confirmation
- Government benefit
- Any specific result or outcome
- Service-related operational activities may commence after successful payment confirmation and/or after receipt of required information, documents, confirmations, OTPs, authentication inputs, or verification details from the User.
3. Pricing, Service Charges & Payment Acknowledgment
- The Company provides consultancy, coordination, documentation support, facilitation, communication handling, processing assistance, and related professional services for various service categories available on the Platform.
- Applicable consultancy/service charges may vary depending upon:
- Nature of requested service
- Operational complexity
- Documentation requirements
- Verification requirements
- Communication and coordination scope
- Technical or external processing conditions
- Exact consultancy/service charges, applicable taxes (where applicable), and final payable amount are displayed to the User on the payment/checkout page after submission of the required service request/application details and before payment confirmation.
- Users are advised to carefully review:

- Taxes and additional charges (if applicable)
- Final payable amount
- Applicable policies and operational conditions
- By proceeding with payment, the User acknowledges and confirms that:
- They have voluntarily selected the requested service
- They have reviewed and accepted the applicable consultancy/service charges and final payable amount displayed on the payment page
- They understand that the charges are towards consultancy, coordination, documentation support, facilitation, communication handling, processing assistance, and related professional services rendered by the Company
- They have read and agreed to the applicable Terms & Conditions, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and related policies published on the Platform
- The Company reserves the right to revise, modify, update, suspend, restructure, or discontinue any consultancy/service charges, operational structure, or service categories at any time without prior notice.

4. Service Process & Operational Handling
- After successful payment confirmation, service-related operational activities may commence based on:

The User agrees to:

Where required for processing assistance, Users may be required to provide:
- OTPs
- Verification inputs
- Authentication confirmations
- Supporting documents
- Where Users voluntarily provide OTPs, verification inputs, authentication confirmations, or related authorization details for requested processing assistance, the User acknowledges that such information is being voluntarily shared for operational assistance purposes relating to the requested service.
The Company shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or operational issues arising due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete information
- User non-cooperation
- Delayed responses
- Failure to provide verification inputs
- Communication failure
6. Refund & Cancellation
- Refund eligibility, wherever applicable, shall be governed strictly in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the Platform.
- Orders may become non-cancellable and/or non-refundable once:
- Operational activities commence
- Consultation is initiated
- Documentation handling begins
- Processing assistance starts
- Service allocation or coordination activities are performed
- If the User voluntarily chooses not to proceed after payment or during operational handling, the order may be treated as operationally closed subject to applicable policy conditions.

- Users are advised to regularly monitor their registered communication channels.
- The Company shall not be responsible for missed communication arising due to:
- Incorrect contact details
- Spam filtering
- Inaccessible accounts
- Delayed user response
- User negligence
- Customer support and communication are currently available only in Marathi, Hindi, and English languages.
10. Record Maintenance
For operational, compliance, quality-control, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, and security purposes, the Company may maintain records relating to:
- Orders and transactions
- CRM/ticket records
- Communication logs
- Emails and written confirmations
- Verification records
- Operational notes
- Payment references
- Processing activity logs
- Electronic records, CRM logs, communication history, operational timestamps, ticket records, payment confirmations, email logs, and system-generated activity records maintained by the Company may be treated as valid operational and compliance records wherever legally permissible.
11. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Platform including:
- Text
- Design
- Graphics
- Layout
- Logos
- Documents
- Website structure
- Operational materials
shall remain the intellectual property of the Company and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
- The Company shall not be liable for:

- Rejection by authorities

- Third-party failures

- The Company does not guarantee approval, registration, issuance, certification, eligibility confirmation, or any specific outcome.
- Maximum liability of the Company, wherever legally applicable, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the User for the relevant service.
13. Disclaimer
- Business Help Services is a private consultancy and assistance service provider.
- The Company is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or associated with any government authority or department.
- Services offered by the Company are limited to consultancy, coordination, facilitation, communication handling, documentation support, verification assistance, and related professional services only.
- Users may independently access official government services through respective official portals wherever applicable.
14. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, or operational failures arising due to events beyond reasonable control including:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Technical failures
- Internet interruptions
- Server downtime
- External portal failure
- Legal restrictions
- Third-party disruptions
15. Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to revise, update, modify, suspend, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the Platform or services after such revision shall constitute acceptance of revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
