3. USER RESPONSIBILITY
The User understands and agrees that they are responsible for:

- Responding to communication, clarification requests, verification requests, or operational requirements raised by the Company

The Company shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, rejection, non-processing, or operational issues arising due to:

4. OTP, VERIFICATION & AUTHORIZATION CONSENT

7. REFUND & CANCELLATION ACKNOWLEDGMENT

The Company shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, downtime, rejection, or operational failures arising due to circumstances beyond reasonable operational control.

11. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT
