The Udyam Registration Certificate is the official government document that formally recognises an enterprise as a Micro, Small, or Medium Enterprise under the MSMED Act, 2006. It is digitally generated and does not require a physical signature or seal to be valid.

• Udyam Registration Number (URN) in format UDYAM-XX-00-0000000
• Name and type of the enterprise
• Date of commencement and date of Udyam Registration
• MSME category — Micro, Small, or Medium
• Major activity — Manufacturing or Service
• NIC Code for the business activity
• State and district of registration
• QR code linked to the official verification database

Log in using your Udyam Registration Number and OTP on registered mobile or email, or use your Aadhaar number with Aadhaar OTP. Once authenticated, the certificate appears on screen and can be downloaded as a PDF. If you registered through udyamadhar.in, our support team can assist with certificate retrieval.

The Udyam Registration Certificate is permanent and does not expire. It must be updated when investment or turnover crosses into a different MSME category, when the enterprise name or address changes, or when new business activities are added.
